Maurie has quickly taken to eating solids! She can now join us at the dinner table which means that I too can be at the dinner table!!One funny thing that Maurie does after almost every bite is that she spits out a little dab of food out the middle of her mouth. She has done this kind of thing ever since she was itty-bitty. For example, Maurie would always spit out a bubble bundle after she settled down! I thought it was funny back when whe was so small, but now I think it amazing that such a characteristic (as simple as it is) could present itself at such a young age.
